Promo Concern edit
I have addressed the promo concern raised by some editor. There was some borderline 'promotionalism' concern regarding this article, which I believe has been taken care of. If anyone feels there is still some promotional issue, feel free to mention it here rather than just inserting a tag. A discussion is always a better way for solving an issue.
