Trying to clean up this article edit

Came upon this article - looks like someone copied and pasted some stuff into it to start it. So I'm adding a talk page, adding it to some categories, and will see if I can clean up the text and add some sources. I don't know a lot about the right categories or how to add things to wikiprojects, but I'd rather get some work in on the article than have someone just come along and delete it. I haven't been able to find a good English-language source for info on the article yet, Most of the stuff I found when I was looking was much like the original with no real attribution.
