Feedback edit

@Johnjes6: Greetings! Good start on an article! I had some concrete feedback.

  • Watch tone of the article and ensure that it's written from a NPOV and that it doesn't read like an advertisement. Phrases like "leading-edge research from the military" set off my encyclopedic tone alarm bells!
  • Your article is very well referenced but it seems that nearly all of your references are to two pages created by the subject/company. You need reliable third-party sources.
  • Most importantly, you need to establish notability by finding and including references with significant coverage from third-party sources. I pointed you to WP:ORG before and you need to establish this clearly. The citation to Bloomberg is good, but I think you need a couple more for this to be sure it will stick.

Once you've made some effort to deal with these and included another reference or two, go ahead and move it over to the "(Article)" namespace. Good luck! —mako 23:50, 23 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hi Johnjes6!

  • I think you're article sounds great! You have a lot of detail and history on the topic. The article is professionally written and includes valuable information.
  • One thing I did notice is you could talk a little more in depth about 'how TRX works.' You provide great detail how TRX has evolved from an idea to a global workout, but as a reader who knows nothing about the topic I'm still a little confused as to what these exercises look like.
  • I thought that the benefit's and criticism's paragraph was a great addition to the article. I think it provides great detail of how TRX is viewed by participants.
  • I think the tone of the article is very appropriate. It sounds neutral and objective.
  • I can help you search for more third party sources to help establish notability.

Overall, great article!! Mspoon1994 (talk) 02:07, 29 October 2015 (UTC)mspoon1994Reply
