Windsor Star

I read about this in The Windsor Star, and they said it would also carry rail and automobile traffic, using either standard gague (Alaska), or dual gauge rails. The total project is also expected to cost around $US 5 Billion. RingtailedFox • Talk • Stalk 21:31, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
