I changed this from a redirect to The T4 Project to a disambiguation because Action T4 is also sometimes referred to as the T4 Project in scholarly work in English. 'Aktion T4' in German translates as either Action T4 or the T4 Project, with T4 Project being perhaps closer to the original meaning. I had trouble finding the relevant article via google with the original structure.
