Link 29 is dead. From the quoted article name, the new link is http://escholarship.org/uc/item/7kz1r9cv?query=%20%22Cost-benefit%20analysis%20conducted%20for%20nutrition%20education%20in%20California%22#page-1 however, this article is titled, Cost-benefit analysis conducted for nutrition education in California. It does not appear to be related to SNAP, but I did not read the article in its entirety and perhaps I missed the link. (I searched for SNAP with no result.) While a wonderful thing, I don't see the SNAP connection. Perhaps whoever inserted the link and sentence would like to put the dots a little closer, please?
