Fair use rationale for Image:Superbrands bookcover.jpg

Image:Superbrands bookcover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

http://www.superbrandsasia.com/ Doesn't look like any RD superbrands page to me, it's just one of those search sites with ridiculously long link addresses.

Someone confirm it? I just noticed when following up the links for an assignment. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 60.48.118.183 (talk) 19:02, 23 June 2008 (UTC)

You are correct. It looks like RD has given up this domain. I have removed the reference and link. -- S Masters (talk) 21:25, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

Removal of Court Case edit

I have removed the edit adding a court case suit of Superbrands against Asia Integrated Media (AIM), Asia In-flight Media, Victor Jeffery and Peter Jeffery as there is absolutely no references whatsoever. You need to cite sources that can be verified, in other words, citation is required. S Masters (talk) 21:11, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

Removal of Advert template

I have removed the advert template as it is not justified. I have researched this article and have only used published information which I have cited from reputable sources including the BBC. I have cited these references throughout the article, and do not have any commercial affiliations with this company whatsoever. -- S Masters (talk) 21:21, 25 March 2009 (UTC)
