Delete? Merge?
editI think this concept should probably be merged into Lottery and this page converted to a redirect to that page.

- I almost did that instead of the prod but I'm a bit concerned that this would be a POV redirect, sort of like redirecting "miserable failure" to George W. Bush. Pascal.Tesson 16:04, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
Okay, the article got to {{prod2}} so I've decided to be bold and convert this to a redirect to Lottery. I checked and "stupidity tax" is already mentioned in the target article.
