Contracting Out edit

I am thinking that Contracting Out should be its own article as it is relevant to SERPs and S2P. I don't want to make so drastic a change without agreement. What does everybody else think? --DanielRigal (talk) 15:30, 15 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

As the article makes reasonably clear, I think, 'contracting-out' is changing once again and being all but done away with. It is of historical interest only therefore. Thus 'contracting out' makes sense only in the context of this article and the related one about SERPS in so far as it describes how they work.
