This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Spree is the only major ecommerce solution on Ruby on Rails and they recently received $1.5 million in seed funding from AOL. --NutrisaurusRex (talk) 20:22, 1 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Spree has 311 contributors and more than 137000 downloads. It's the 26th most popular formed repos on Github (https://github.com/popular/forked). There are 72 stores in the showcase (http://spreecommerce.com/resources/showcase) and many more not listed. Among unlisted stores is Chipotle (featured here: https://speakerdeck.com/u/spreeconf/p/enterprise-spree-daniel-honig) (NYSE: CMG) Adhlssu07 (talk) 22:12, 1 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
