I deleted the second sentence of the stub and a link as it is an obvious "plug" for Rocketplane Limited. RedBLACKandBURN created both the Rocketplane Limited entry and the STAIF entry. Belchja 16:20, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
Expanded history edit
This page was barely more than a stub. I added the history of the conference with citations to some of the earlier ones, before the name change, and tried to clarify the difference between STAIF and STAIF-II.
