There does not seem to be a relevant section of WP:N (Music) for festivals (just concert tours) but I am struggling to see how this event is notable. Sure, there is a lot of promotional stuff out there but that does not meet our requirements. - Sitush (talk) 21:48, 11 June 2012 (UTC)
