This is a very poor article, and I doubt it can be revived. Clearly, the name 'solcitor general' refers to quite different offices in different legal systems. My humble suggestion is that this article be dispensed with, and replaced with "Solicitor-General of the United States", "Solicitor-General, Australia", etc. --SilasM 04:26, 12 February 2006 (UTC)
