Can anyone help?
Having looked at this article, and the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman I can't find a single reliable source citing the SIF, the PO article merely re-referencing this article.
Nor is it mentioned on the PO's home page -which I had hoped to use.
Whilst I don't doubt that either that SIF campaigned for the PO or that the PO was established, I can't see any evidence that its role was significant.
I have no agenda, one single decent independent source will suffice.
