This article sounds like it might have come straight from the Franklin Society's own handbook. Without citations to reliable sources, stuff like:

Reviled by undeserved privilege, the Franklin Society has no tradition of accepting legacies on that sole basis although multiple generations of members have been accepted on their own merit. Known for the sophistication and intensity of its discussions, the Franklin Society has served as a haven to intellectualism.

This Article is a Wreck

There seems to be so little information about this society, I doubt it exists. I think this is a candidate for deletion. Unless I hear otherwise, I will be proposing that in a few months. JuntoSoc (talk) 07:48, 16 October 2010 (UTC)
