Removal of lines regarding it being "ideal for self-defense for inexperienced shooters" edit
I just removed the parts about the revolver being ideal for self defense for unexperienced shooters. It already had a lot of "citation needed" strewn around. The argument against this is rather simple: The cartridge used is very weak, which requires a lot of skill at shot placement. The trigger is a simple double action revolver trigger, which makes exactly this really, really hard. Meaning this is actually an expert gun that calls for daily training. The advantages for self defense are that is is somewhat low-recoil (though not as good as either a full size gun or a semi-auto) and much more hearing-safe than anything in a bigger caliber.
