Hello,
I'm a new Wikipedia editor. I have an MA in English and several years of free-lance editing and writing experience. I've been working off-Wikipedia to improve this article. Because it has core issues with tone and citations, it will basically be a rewrite, with a neutral tone, good documentation, and more streamlined content. I have an hour or less a day to work on it, so it will likely show as "under construction" for several days or a week.

Neutral Point of View edit
As the primary author of this article, I'm interested in feedback on tone. I'm still a fairly new Wikipedia editor, and I did have to rewrite this one basically from scratch. I read lots of other music education articles--including Suzuki, Kodaly, Orff Schulwerk, music education in general, and more--and worked carefully to model my tone after theirs. I'm open to any suggestions for further improving the tone. If I don't see any activity here over the next couple of months, I'll assume the tone is fine and remove the citation. --Tam14 (talk) 17:45, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
