Even a wikt:shoe phone entry would not be sufficient. If one of your superiors uses the term, say as a metaphor either for urgent action or for something "needed" but unavailable, are you going to ask them to clarify, or try first to look it up, including nuances of usage like whether it's definitely fictional? Tom Clancy uses the term twice in Rainbow Six, and the first use, on p. 148, makes it clear (in the context that preceded it and to anyone who understands the difference between Ryan and Smart) that he meant a cell phone.
