Let's have a look. Immediately, the prose looks pretty good despite the article's small size.

  • Infobox
  • Should the Sugababes and Busta Rhymes have their chronologies in the infobox? I don't want to reawaken the "are–remix–singles–official singles" debate here, but it appears quite odd to include them when they are not listed in the main artist field of the infobox.
  • Lead

Looks perhaps a bit too light: could have some more development.

  • "It received generally mixed reviews" – why? Did they criticise his singing, the production, his choice of theme? A short phrase like "It received mixed reviews from music critics, who complimented xxx but wrote more critically of yyy", which you can then develop further in the "Reception" section, is all that's required.
  • "An R&B ballad, Cruz was inspired to compose "She's like a Star" based upon the idea of having a child" → Meaning is a little awkward. Something like "An R&B ballad, the lyrics of "She's like a Star" are inspired by the theme of parenthood, an idea which inspired Cruz to compose the song in the first place." flows better for me. I'll see what you think.
  • Background and composition
  • "and was inspired to write it based upon the idea of having a child" → "and was inspired to write it based upon the idea of parenthood". Same issue as above. Although the word "parenthood" is not explicitly used in the source that verifies this, the context that Cruz discusses the theme in leads me to think that you can infer this.
  • Release and reception
  • No issues.
  • Promotion
  • No issues.
  • Track listings and formats
  • No issues.
  • Charts
  • The "chart" parameter value on the "BillboardURLbyName" template for the European Hot 100 needs changing from "all" to "349" so that it links directly to the chart.
  • References
  • No issues (for the first time ever in my experience of editing GAs – good job).

Overall, this is a reasonably short but very solid article, covering all of the necessary areas. If these minor issues are fixed, I'll have no hesitation in passing it. I'll put it on hold for a week, which should be plenty of time to fix the issues. I Am RufusConversation is a beautiful thing. 12:53, 21 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
