Do you think it is relevant to discuss a common "out of memory" problem with Windows 2000, XP and Vista related to the Session Manager?

The link: [1] discusses the issue in general. This problem usually arises with users that heavily multi-task and have 20+ windows open on their desktop. It has also been observed in very memory intensive programs such as Adobe Photoshop.

There are other sites that talk about the issue in more depth that could be cited as well.
