Changes in need forecasts regarding the changes in forecasts
Does anybody have an easy way to explain changes in need forecasts regarding the changes in forecasts when a vendor does not deliver ordered goods? Meaning, one month I may have sent a forecast looking out 6 months on 40 skus and say they did not fill all or only partials of my current orders there by affecting my in stock and sales. I need an easy way to explain why the next forecast they get will vary sometimes greatly depending on the sku and their ability to supply it.
