This is an immediate fail, I'm sorry to say. There are just 13 citations for an article of more than 4,000 words. This falls a very long way short of the standard required for GA. It is a great pity, as the article is interesting and informative, but it needs a lot of work before it has any chance of promotion to GA. I'd encourage the nominator to attend to the citations and then put the article up for peer review before a second shot at GAN. I'd be glad to take part in such a peer review, if the nominator likes to ping me. – Tim riley talk 22:30, 10 February 2015 (UTC)
