The information on this page is almost completely subsumed within [Seriation (archaeology)], to which it makes no reference. I suggest amalgamating the two (or simply deleting this one, since the other is clearly superior) and / or have this page refer only to Petrie's version of seriation (with a reference to the other page for the development of seriation techniques post-19th-century).
