List of Presidents - surely unnecessary. edit

Whilst this article is all very worthy, do we really need the list of presidents from the late 1990s onwards? I know a few of the people on that list, and whilst they're a damn fine bunch none of them have yet gone on to be noteworthy. On that note, he whole article could also do with trimming down - do we really need the Committee of 2006 or 2007? Most of those will still be undergraduates, and so don't qualify as noteworthy unless they've done something something exceptional outside of being a Selwyn JCRS Committee member. Removed a lot of trivial information and shortened the article overall edit

There was a lot of information that wasn't compatible with Wikipedia's goal. I removed trivial information - the list of Presidents from 1999-2007, and the 2006 and 2007 committee members' names (all non-notable outside of this context). I also trimmed down the article, shortening the portfolio's section to the most important information - i.e. that the President and Treasurer are representatives on College Council, and the history behind the creation of Male and Female Welfare Officers (as that reflects a wider move amongst the CUSU-affiliated JCR Societies. I also removed the section about "Selwyn JCR and wider Cambridge student politics" - it was unencyclopedic, reflected unverifiable analyses and claims, and is too parochial to be part of wikipedia.
