Good Morning Dianna,
Apologies for the lack of citations and the accidental copyright violations on Security_BSides; I've already contested the page once and provided justification but I will continue to add to the page over the weekend to bring it on par with the Black_Hat_Briefings and DEF CON security conferences which both are slowly getting better with original content. I'm still reading through all the rules and guidelines out there so apologies for the mixup. It is not my intention to abandon these pages but to continue to improve them and provide visibility into the ever growing security field. This is one of the largest community supported conferences that have popped up all over the world. I'll go back and at the very least
Add references to each page Rewrite the content that is already there Link each BSides conference to their official page Add a section on significance and impact to the community Add a section on history and culture Link other applicable security related links and tags Again, please accept my apologies and do not delete the article for another few days until it meets your standards.

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it is one of the smaller security conferences which have sprung up all across the country and enable local folks to get involved into not just information security but also hardware hacking. The larger conferences provide major industry changing information whereas these locally created conferences get people engaged and start presenting and truly improving their community. Unfortunately I am at work and cannot completely populate the page. If you take a look at Black Hat Briefings or DEF CON you can see that I am truly trying to provide insight into the security community which is becoming more important with each passing day. We need clear and credible information on these events so that we can have an accurate understanding of what's going on rather than continue with the "hackers are evil" perspective. --Aghassemlouei (talk) 18:38, 3 November 2016 (UTC)
