I believe there's a decent argument for the notability of this coop, decent enough that this should at least be an AfD discussion instead of a prod. There are lots of articles in the UCSB student newspapers about the coop houses - Merton 2012, Merton 2011, music event 2005, chunk of this article in 2011, Manley 2005, the coops in 2010, more about Merton in 2013, and so on.
