Percentages? edit

"2% helicopter and 1% jet" makes almost no sense when viewed in context. If there are only 85 aircraft based on the field, why not just give the raw numbers? Eight-tenths of a jet (OK, eight-and-a-half, to be pedantic) isn't a logical quantity or number. The 2012 figures, which are the only numbers now given at the reference provided (http://www.gcr1.com/5010web/airport.cfm?Site=SZT&AptSecNum=2), break down the based aircraft properly, and if we're going to be this specific about it, we might as well use real-world numbers. It's intuitively obvious to anyone reading the article that the vast majority of based aircraft are single-engine, most of the rest are multi-engine, and there are virtually zero helicopters or jets based at SZT, so I don't think percentages really add anything useful.

And while we're at it, the GA vs. air taxi operations numbers for 2012 are 98% GA and 2% air taxi. Air taxi operations have doubled since 2006! 208.125.59.66 (talk) 19:19, 8 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
