Also, pure iron particles were found on the Moon by American and Russian astronauts that had not oxidized (rusted).

I removed this sentence because:

1. iron does not oxidizes without oxigen, so, it's not that noteworthy finding.
2. there were no Russian astronauts on the Moon.
