GA Reassessment

Hello everyone, I don't find the article to be of GA standards. It has issues of copying text from source , See Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources for more information. The article is not broad in its coverage, in my opinion. Fails GA1 and GA3. Any views of opposite are welcomed.
