General Comments edit
- Earwig caught a possible violation, but that was mainly the long quote in the Attraction subsection. As such, I'd recommend cutting the quote down and integrating it into the prose.
- Article and its corresponding talk page seem stable.
- MoS seems fine.
- Article does not seem to include any original research, and the sources are all verifiable.
- In terms of images, they are all relevant and are appropriately tagged.
- Article maintains a a neutral POV on the topic.
Lede edit

- rephrased
- Are there any other major details of Harrill's legacy that could be added to the final paragraph? Ie, whether his "School of Common Sense" had any impact anywhere.
Early life edit
- "He was educated at Boiling Springs High School and then Gardner-Webb Jr. College." -> "He was educated at Boiling Springs High School, later known as Gardner-Webb Jr. College."

- Wikilink Gardner-Webb University
- "His parents were abusive and he spent a lot of his time in the local woods." -> "His parents were abusive, which lead to him spending a lot of his time in the local woods."
- What year did the eldest son commit suicide?
- Is there any detail about what happened to Harrill in between the 30s and 50s? The article jumps straight from his family falling apart to him settling in Morgantan.
Hermit edit
- "He collected driftwood to furnish his humble house" Remove humble.
Memorial and legacy edit
- "Fred Pickler knew Harrill and with Anne Russell co-authored the book Life and Times of the Fort Fisher Hermit, Through the Lens of Fred Pickler." How did Pickler know Harrill?

@Mujinga That should be everything. Make these changes and I'll be happy to pass!
- @ExcellentWheatFarmer: thanks for the careful review. in checking for more infos, I didn't find much but I did find out there was a second autopsy in 1984, which might explain why the body was moved to a different cemetery, i did wonder why that happened Mujinga (talk) 14:44, 10 January 2022 (UTC)
