Inaccurate article

I question the accuracy of this article. While the cites played may be accurate, the dates comprising the tour appear to be the guesswork of editors. The book The Illustrated Collector's Guide to Metallica: Fuel & Fire by Sem Hadland says '10.1.1985 The Ride The Lighting Tour starts in the USA with W.A.S.P. as support. The tour ends after 24 gigs, with the album in the Billboard Top 100'. Subsequent 1985 gigs the book mentions, such as the Monsters of Rock and the Oakland concert on 31st August are not listed as part of the tour. There are currently 60 gigs listed as comprising a tour which comprised 24 gigs according to a reliable source, the only one I can find which defines the extent of the Ride the Lightning Tour but which does not define its extent in a particularly thorough way which would enable an accurate article to be written. Unless steps are taken to rectify the problem with this article, in particular providing a source or sources which accurately the extent of the tour, the only option available would appear to be deletion.86.184.39.221 (talk) 15:41, 27 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

I was at the show in Cedar Rapids Iowa, lineup was Armored Saint, Wasp, and Metallica, venue was not the 5 Seasons center, it was a smaller venue, Veterans Memorial. Great show allowed me to get very close. Cliff was freaking crazy. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.200.68.90 (talk) 20:53, 18 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
