Previous deletion edit
This article was previously created on 4 November 2007, but at that time it had no external references or links at all, and it was CSD#A7ed on the same day.
The creator was a newbie and returned a few weeks later, made three small edits [1] to existing articles and received a welcome, and we have not seen them since.
In hindsight IMO it should have been stubified, despite the A7 being technically justified. Andrewa (talk) 05:04, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
