There was a relatively recent (2019?) musical titled Renascence based on Millay's work, and which includes a ~20 minute reading of the poem. It might be worth including a passing reference here, although I'll leave it to more experienced editors to add it. It's a nice musical, although I think there is a bit too much noise in the reading of the poem, which is beautiful enough without it.
