Move, redirect, incorporate in another article???

I don't think this page should stand on it's own. But where should it go??? Possible ideas:

1. Air Force Safety Center because it is safety related.
2. Air Force Inspection Agency because it refers to rules.
3. Air Force_Personnel Center because it is USAF personnel who are complaining.
4. United States Air Force uniform - it already talks about belts and reflective logos.
