Unbiased: I believe so, yes.
Referenced: Well referenced - uses notable organizations’ websites.
Notable/Important: Very informative information, especially for someone interested in gaining additional certifications.
Complete Yet Concise: Very complete; Not quite concise – for example, the first sentence: Is coursework required for certification, or is certification actually coursework? Perhaps you can talk about what a reading specialist is first, and then say that the certification is required to become a specialist. Then talk about coursework, etc.
Visual: Break it up into sections so it is a little less “large” looking. Suggestions: IRA Standards, USDE Standards, Individual State Standards, School Standards.
Linked: The link is great, and relevant, but label it so I know where I’m going when I click on it.
Clearly Written: Very informative and well written, but again, a little wordy – with a bit of editing it can be more concise.
