Can someone take the ominous task of creating somewhat of a template to include a description of the new Provincial Assemblies in the DRC? I am more than willing to add the details in (like the list of provincial deputies), I am just a bit at a loss in creating that template. And the templates have to be made for both the old provinces, and the new ones. I will try my best to start this, but I need help. Themalau 20:12, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

Restructuring and rewriting?

I would suggest that the text and structure of this page is changed to reflect the real state of things, instead of referring to what is said to happen in the future (i.e. 2009, which now is the past). The new provinces have not even begun to be put in place, as can be seen from these two recent sources
