PMBok and "project plan" edit
Quotation refers to PMBoK 2000. PMBok 2004 and up does not use the term "Project plan" and uses "Project management plan" term. That term is defined in Project management plan, so there is some duplication and inconsistency here. Plus the PMBoK "Project management plan" and Prince2 "Project plan" are two different documents in purpose and content. They don't belong in the same page.
I agree that Prince2 plan and PMBoK plan are quite different, however if it is pointed out that there is no one way to plan a project and these are simply example I believe that is fine. Room for improvement edit

Potential confusion / ambiguity with the reference to Change Management. It could be either (as 'disambiguated' on the first linked page):
