editI have just tagged the redirect with {{R from incorrect name}}, because I have good reason to believe that "Proastiakos Athens" is a typo caused by a poor translation of Προαστιακός Αθήνας (Proastiakos Athinas). The correct translation is "Athens Suburban Railway", and it appears that this has always been the case (source). --Minoa (talk) 21:36, 30 January 2023 (UTC)
