Cutoff date in June 2007

The visa bulletin is issued 15 days in advance. So the the visa bulletin for June came in mid May 2007. So yes, the statement is correct, the movement was for future Hassanfarooqi 21:21, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

August 17, 2007 I-485 filing window

Hassanfarooqi, you have to absolutely positively check your facts before posting ANYTHING on Wikipedia. I hate it when they say, "after I checked with my attorney", or "my mother told me". USCIS DOES accept I-485 applications for EB visas through August 17, 2007 under Visa Bulletin #107 priority date roadmap. This article assumes that a priority date only deals with Green Cards. This article is not about a priority date but more about labor and obtaining a green card. This article should reflect why the priority date was created, how it is created in all cases etc. I would write it myself but I don't have all the answers as of yet. Removal "EB2 cut-off dates" and "EB3 cut-off dates" sections

The EB2/EB3 tables listed in the article are actually "cut-off dates" for employment preferences in US immigration system which has less to do with the concept of priority date. I don't believe this information is relevant to the article and hence suggests removal. PacmanD (talk) 18:51, 5 July 2012 (UTC)
