For years, I used to have only the cassette tape release of Press to Play. It was one of my favourite albums at the time and I listened through it several dozen times, getting to know all of the songs very well. Later I purchased the CD release for convenience and better audio quality. To my surprise, I found that the CD version of the song Press sounds quite different from the cassette tape version. I liked the tape version much better. Is there any info on why they differ, how to identify the different versions, and perhaps how to obtain a CD quality version of Press as found on the tape?
