This is a really important treaty article, which has huge implications for the relationship between member states and the community. There is a considerable body of caselaw and academic commentary on this article.

I tried to find out what this was, and I only found references to the case where its "body" (as mentioned here) was considered to be a court. Is it just a rather abstruse name for the Royal Society of Medicine? Hairy Dude (talk) 19:59, 18 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
