Untitled edit

I have reconstructed the entire page, there's still a lot of work that can be done (expansion, restructuring etc.) but it is in much better shape than it was previously Possibly constructing a section based on Lotz's five C's would be a good additionFelixhubble (talk) 15:07, 5 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

My additions demonstrate in more depth what the post network era is and the factors, which accompanied the transition to technology. Much of the original post strictly regarded the transition to the post network era as an occurrence of technology. However, my additions also discuss the importance of generational and computational shifts of the consumer discussed by Lotz in "Television will be Revolutionized." This addition demonstrated the importance of the digital generation to the emergence of the post network era. The reason behind this thinking is that technology is a product to be bought and sold. Absent of demand technology is irrelevant; therefore the consumer is the most important factor in the shift to the post network era before technology. Thus the attitude of how, where and when programs are viewed significantly appropriated the shift to the post network era.
