What is the meaning of push and pull in this context? Citation for number of Poles coming to Britain? Rob Burbidge (talk) 12:38, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

I didn't write that line but I think it means the factors pushing Poles to emigrate out of Poland (such as too much competition for jobs) and factors pulling Poles to immigrate into Britain (such as lower competition for jobs). -Chumchum7 (talk) 20:14, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
