Polar bond vs. polar molecule

This very brief article contains information that can be misleading. Polar bonds between atoms do not necessarily make a molecule polar; for instance, CF4 has strongly polar bonds but is not a polar molecule. Merge with "Chemical polarity"

Shouldn't this article be merged into Chemical polarity? That article already explains everything that has been discussed here, so if nobody objects, let us simply turn this into a redirect to it···Vanischenu^「m/_Talk」 17:29, 22 September 2013 (UTC)

Yes, I agree. However the example of CO₂ in this article should be included in the merged article before the discussion of BF₃ (now in Chemical polarity]], since CO₂ is simpler. Dirac66 (talk) 21:30, 22 September 2013 (UTC)
