Copyright problem removed edit

One or more portions of this article duplicated other source(s). The material was copied from: http://www.pinchot.org/. Infringing material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. (For more information, please see "using copyrighted works from others" if you are not the copyright holder of this material, or "donating copyrighted materials" if you are.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences or phrases. Accordingly, the material may be rewritten, but only if it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Please see our guideline on non-free text for how to properly implement limited quotations of copyrighted text. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with these policies. Thank you. Theleftorium 19:33, 3 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

The Pinchot Institute for Conservation is currently working on this page. We are working on varying the text from our official website to be similar but not identical to the wiki page. DO NOT REMOVE our writing. It is not infringing on the copyright. Our information is public domain, but baring any that is not, it is owned by us and we will be working to ensure that this is correct.

The page has been blanked to give you time to follow the verification procedures of which you have been advised. I'm afraid that if your organization intends the material to be public domain, labeling the website "Copyright 2006-2010 Pinchot Institute for Conservation" may not be serving you well. The procedure for verifying permission is visible at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials and is also displayed on the face of this article. Changing the website will not help, as it has been previously published and we still need verification from the copyright holder. If you are as it seems affiliated with the organization, you should also read our conflict of interest guidelines to be sure that your edits comply, and please understand that any material you place here can and will be altered by Wikipedia's contributors. As it says at the bottom of every edit screen, "If you do not want your writing to be edited, used, and redistributed at will, then do not submit it here." --Moonriddengirl (talk) 20:19, 4 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
