Sequence of independent and identically-distributed random variables

The Statement section introduces a sequence of independent and identically-distributed random variables $(X_{1},X_{2},\ldots )$ but then never uses them. What's up with that? —Quantling (talk | contribs) 19:52, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
