Given the number of recordings on notable labels this group is undoubtedly notable. I came looking for an article about them and created this stub as there was nothing here already. However, despite their notability, all the refs I have found lead back to one source, so there is definite need for improvement.
Searching for Phil Baggaley independently gives quite a few results for him after their work together. These may support an individual biography. John Hartley is more difficult to research as there are many mentions of different people with that same name.
