Sourcing

edit

This page is almost entirely referenced from primary research articles, rather than secondary sources and reviews as is preferred per Wikipedia policy. While not necessarily a problem, especially for such a newly developed research method, there is a significant amount of unsourced opinion masquerading as fact in this page (e.g., " the applications of this technology will likely grow over time"). There is a great amount of method detail ("Experimental workflow" section) and field-specific jargon (e.g., "massively parallel") that leads me to suspect that a large portion of this article was written by authors associated with the primary research. While a commendable effort on their part to illuminate a novel method for a wider audience, ideally this page will be revised as more secondary sources and reviews become available so as not to rely on opinion and methodological details extracted from primary research articles.
