This article should open with something other than that the district "is presently a very safe seat for Republicans." It should at least say something about the area covered by the district. PurpleChez (talk) 14:03, 16 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

If the map shown here is correct, the district includes Susquehanna, Bradford, Sullivan, Wyoming, Columbia, ALL of Northumberland, Montour, Schuylkill, Lebanon, and parts of Berks, Luzerne, and Lycoming Counties.
