- I added some preliminary info about passive acoustic monitoring (PAM) and deleted sonar from the hydroacoustics paragraph as sonar is active acoustics. Relscicomm (talk) 16:22, 8 August 2023 (UTC)
- At least on Wikipedia, Passive sonar is a thing, but "hydroacoustics" is a more general term so that could be enough.
